First of All : click on Start Menu -> Run -> type "regedit" click OK Button.

Next : Open "Registry Editor" Dialog Box Open.

Next : Click On Edit menu Next Select Find option Next  Type "Recycle Bin" Select "Find Next" Button and result Following

Next : Double click on (Default)  and Enter the New Data As you Wish.(Like Dustbin)
Next : Right click on (Default)  and Select "Modify Binary Data"
Next : Close The Registry Editor and Restart Your Computer.

Finally :  Your Recycle Bin Name is Changed. Thanks

                 Click "String Table"-> "37" -> "1033"  and Show Following

Replace The Text "Start " By Your name "XXXXXX" without Space between two latter.

after That Click on "Compile Script" button. 

Next File Menu -> Save As -> File Name :"explorer.exe" location to Save C:\Windows\inf\

Next File Menu -> Exit;

Step 3  : Click on Start Button -> Run ->type "Regedit" and press Enter key;
